SCL-PD100 - Conveying and counting system provide hand-placed items at speeds up to 50 batchesper minute, flighted conveyor has been designed to be simple to use, dependable and operationally flexible to double the productivity of hand load applications. Optional for verity of feeder install.
Four Operation modes can be easy select on the HMl:
1.Manual mode: Manual Start/Stop the conveyor, used for testing.
2.Bagger control mode: Connect with Autobag, start/stop by Autobag signal.
3.Bagger & Grid control: Connect with Autobag, start/stop by Autobag signal and conveyor sensor.
4.Bagger & Grid & Vibration bowl control: Connect with Autobag, Vibration feeder, start/stop by Auto-bag signal and conveyor sensor.

1.High precision intelligent temperature control system
It adopts a patented temperature control unit to ensure that the heat-sealing temperature remains stable all the time, avoiding heat attenuation caused by long - term operation and effectively improving the sealing quality. 2.Dynamic Bag Length Detection Technology
